Baked Radish Chips

Over the winter, CSA farm boxes arrive with bunches and bunches of beautiful, spicy, crisp radishes. But sometimes, there can be more radishes than I want to snack on. More radishes than I have salads to eat. In situations like this, the Donut asks herself - how else can one eat radishes that still highlight their fundamental radishness?
